Welcome to Helix ry’s election meeting, taking place at CoolHead on November 19th, starting at 5:30 PM. In this election meeting, a new ✨🌈iconic🌈✨ board and functionaires will be elected for 2025.
If, unfortunately, you can’t make it (because you have to be up early or something), you can still run for a position and/or a board seat by filling out the E-form ✨📝 LINK HERE✨. You don’t need to fill out the E-form if you plan to attend the meeting and nominate yourself there.
If you’re able to attend (yay!) but expect to arrive significantly late, please contact me at ella.karkkainen@helsinki.fi.
Even if you’re not interested in running for a position or board seat, you’re welcome to come and participate as a spectator and to vote in any situations requiring a vote. Helix will provide pizza from CoolHead, for all attendees. Remember to bring some form of ID.
